Navy ships and personnel were deployed many a times to
give support to foreign ships/vessels since 1989 at the
Bay of Bengal and abroad, such as, rescuing a sunken and
a ditched bus in Nepal, relief and rescue operation for
tsunami affected people in Maldives and Sri Lanka etc. |
