21.    1998. It is awardable to all military members of Bangladesh Armed Forces, who were involved in planning, direction, operation (active participation) and coordination of Flood Relief operation 1988. 

Silver Jubilee

22.    It is awardable to all military members of Bangladesh Armed Forces, who were in the active list on 26 March 1996. 

Blood Donor Medal

23.    It is awardable to all naval persons of Bangladesh Navy, who have donated blood three times. 

CNS Commendation Padak

24. It is awardable to all naval persons of Bangladesh Navy, who have received the CNS commendation letter.
